What is Mat Sense?

Mat Sense Wrestling is a private wrestling academy dedicated to helping wrestlers of all ages develop their skills and abilities. My approach is unique and fun, fostering a love for the sport and accelerated development.

I believe wrestling should be exciting, fun and dynamic. My system of coaching focuses on developing wrestlers skill, creativity and athletic ability.

My primary goal is to get kids to fall in love with the sport of wrestling and to carry with them, for the rest of their lives, the discipline that can only be taught in a wrestling room.

I coach wrestling internationally and have been mentored by some of the greatest coaches in the world. My curriculum is tried and true to develop wrestlers to a high level rapidly, I only need your dedication and consistency.
